Even with no compression applied to the recorded audio data and stored in WAV format it will hold at least 630 CDs. In compressed MP3 format it is possible to store up to 5000. It is complete with all original items including AC adapter, remote control & instructions. Copying CDs is quick and straightforward with the pre-chosen degree of compression (or none) being applied shortly after loading when the machine is in standby mode. This means that many discs can be loaded without having to wait until processing of one is complete. The pre-loaded database of recording info is automatically applied but can be easily edited afterwards if required.
